Our payment terms are “Due Upon Receipt.” You must negotiate any other payment terms in advance! DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES (DUOSTAR CONSULTING, LLC) reserves the right to add a Finance Charge to Past Due invoices, 0.5% per day on the unpaid average daily balance.
Warranty: DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC warrants new parts for one year, unless manufacturer's warranty is longer and labor for ninety days.
RETURNED GOODS POLICY: A computer built by DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC may be returned in its original condition: the state in which it was sold. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from the refunded amount. If the cover has been removed or components exchanged or replaced, the computer can not be returned!! The Warranty has been invalidated!!
DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC does not warrant that the software will meet purchaser’s requirements or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free. DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC does not warrant that the software will operate on purchaser’s hardware. Purchaser agrees to use compatible hardware to allow proper operation of the software. DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC does not warrant that the software will operate on all operating systems. Purchaser agrees to use compatible operating systems to allow proper operation of the software.
DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC be liable for any commercial, special, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any failure arising out of causes beyond DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES' control. Purchaser hereby expressly waives all other guarantees and warranties. It is the Purchaser's responsibility to notify DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC of any hazardous or unsafe conditions before work begins.
Some products sold by DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC may require modifications to meet local requirements. Under no circumstances will DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC be required to make modifications to meet any specifications whatsoever.
Until DUOSTAR receives Payment In Full for goods delivered to the customer, such goods are subject to repossession for non-payment.
When DUOSTAR designs an internet web site for a customer, it belongs to the customer at the time payment in full is received from that customer.
acceptance of this invoice and the goods and/or services pertaining thereto constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the purchaser.
there is no other agreement between DUOSTAR TECHNOLOGIES, LLC and you, the purchaser, oral or written, except this agreement.
